Reliable for DNA reports
This was my third time using Living DNA, I previously did an ancestry kit and this time got the vitamin and nutrition dna report. The ordering process was consistent, always pretty smooth. Decent ancestry, slow processing
I bought the full ancestry dna kit back in November. Ordering was straightforward on the website, pretty easy to navigate. It took 3 days for the kit to arrive, which was fine. The instructions for collecting the sample were clear. Sent it back and that's where it got a bit slow. It said 6-8 weeks for processing, but it ended up being closer to 9 weeks until I got my results. The ancestry report itself was detailed, I liked the British and Irish sub-regional breakdown. Customer support answered my email about the delay in about 48 hours, they were polite. Overall a good product, just factor in some extra time for the lab work.
